How Long Does it Take to Get a Facebook Ad Approved?
This depends on various factors, including:
- The time of day
- The day of the week
- The current queue of ads
What Does ‘Pending Review’ Mean?
Once you submit your ad for review, the waiting game begins.
Pending review simply means the Facebook ads approval team hasn’t yet reviewed it. Once it’s approved (or disapproved) you will receive an email telling you the outcome.
Who Reviews the Ads?
Facebook has a team of employees who’s soul job it is to review ads.
As such, it’s important to keep in mind that the approval process is subjective. This means it’s subject to human error. So, if your ad doesn’t get approved, there’s absolutely no harm in submitting it again, at a different day or time.
A different reviewer could very well mean a different outcome!
